Loss / Damage Or Theft Of Card
Please notify any outlet immediately. A replacement fee of RM20 will be imposed and your lost/damaged card will be deactivated. Payment made is strictly non-refundable and not entitled to earn points.
Non-Transferable
The Rewards Card is strictly non-transferable.
Renewal / Replacement
Your Rewards card will be auto-renewed with an accumulation of 1000 points within 2 years.
– You shall be considered a new member in your subsequent application if the card has expired. Just simply spend RM50 on any products for new registration.
Marketing Information
– Bee Cheng Hiang may collect your personal information that is necessary to verify your identity, process your Rewards card and inform you of upcoming promotions or events.
– Any information consent for release in the application form will only be used by Bee Cheng Hiang and will not be disclosed to any third-parties.
– Bee Cheng Hiang may update you with information such as promotions, launch of new products and special events via text messages.
– If you do not wish to receive our marketing messages, you may opt out at any time by notifying us via writing, email, phone call or text.
Discretion
Bee Cheng Hiang is entitled at any time in our absolute discretion without liability, without notice and without giving reason, to suspend or terminate your right to use the Rewards Card, to refuse to re-issue, renew or replace the card should any of the conditions and privileges be abused.
